Block 1: Industriousness

                          To be an Industrious person you have to work hard and be busy from doing anything that is not about working.  I think that this is a very good attitude to have if you are trying to be a hard working person all the time because it encourages hard work and many other things that can improve yourself. If you can be industrious then the hard work will be worth wile if you can master this then working hard will be very easy for you. Another good thing that can come from following this will be better understanding of what it means to work hard. I think that most teens don't know what it truly means to work hard so I think that if you get this attitude early on in your life you will be more successful in your life.

Block 2: Enthusiasm 

                        A person who has enthusiasm is a person who show great interest, enjoyment, or approval of something. I think that having this is very important when you are doing a job that requires a lot of focus. I think that a successful person will always try to enjoy what they are doing in their life. I think that a truly successful person will do his job with a smile on his face this will help he person doing what ever in doing his job better. I think that a person who tries to do  his best will end up doing his best if he is enthusiastic about it. but if a person does the opposite and is negative about his job or whatever he is doing then he will do a lesser job than others. This is because a person who cares is always going to be more careful than a person who does not.

Block 3: Friendship

                       Friendship is very important when someone is trying to be successful in life or anywhere. If you have friendships then you have more people to rely on or more people to help back you up. Friendships are even better if there is a lot of loyalty involved in the friendship. I think if you have friendships with people you have an advantage over those who do not have friends. So I think that having friends is a very valuable thing that people can use throughout their life. It is even better if the person you are friends with is a true friend that cares about you. If you have these kinds of friends then you are better off than anybody without. This is why having good friends is a very great thing to get at any time in your life.

Block 4: Loyalty

                      I think that loyalty is something that everyone should have being loyal is the most important thing that anyone could do in any kind of relationship. Being a loyal person can show others a side of you that they would love who doesn't like a loyal person. To be loyal is to show constant support of someone and to not show them anything less than that constant support. This can be good because many people are looking for loyal people to help them or support them in their good and bad moments. If a person can be loyal to another this can create trust and dependence on a person this is good because if a person dependent on you needs and will do a lot to keep you. So if you are a loyal person you can also be a successful person with effort.

Block 5: Cooperation

                  If a person can show cooperation with others and work together smoothly then it will be obvious that the person will be more successful then ones who are not.

Block 6: Ambition

                   I think that an ambitious person will always want to achieve something greater and work hard to achieve it. I think that a person with ambition will always be better than a person who does not have any goals. A person with ambition is a hard worker and will most likely be a very successful person. i think that nothing is impossible with hard work and determination and these are things that an ambitious person will have. If you are ambitious you will have a higher chance of achieving greater heights. So I think that a person should desire to have an ambitious personality because a person with ambitions is better than a person without any. So in the end have ambition and desire success then you will have a better chance and being a successful person.

Block 7: Self Control

                  Self control is something that everyone needs to learn and needs to master before any thing in my opinion. People which do not control them selves or do not know how to control themselves are not going to be very successful in their future. a person that lets their feelings get in front of them will not be as good as a person who has mastered self control. I feel that if you able to control yourself in situations where you are tested you will have a deep immersion on the people around you. I think that if you want to have a good job you got to show that you will be able to control your emotions self control is shoeing maturity and wisdom that can is better then others. If i was was an employer i would look for a person who has self control this will show that even if the worker does not along with others he will be the bigger man and not start conflict. This is why i think that self control is very important to be successful.

Block 8: Alertness

             If a person wants to be successful and wants to be the best at something they need to be open minded. If a person is open minded they have to be willing to lean more and more from any person or anything at anytime. If they are able to do this then they will be much more successful than most people with narrow minded personalities. If a person does not want to learn from others then that person will stay ignorant for a long time. I think that if you are eager to learn and want to know More and more they will have a good future.

Block 9: Initiative

              A person who has initiative is a person who knows how to work independently and is also not afraid to fail. This is something that everyone should try to have before anything else when they are working on anything. In initiative is when a person who fails does not give up but instead leans from past mistakes and builds on failure to get to where he wants to be. If you are this kind of person then you will find a way to make anything work one way or another. if you are a person who gives up after doing things the wrong or failing to do something then you will not get very far. if you are the kind of person who does not want to change the way that they thing or that that things that failure is the end then a person who has initiative is going to be better then a person who does not. This is how initiative is a block to success and why people should have this kind of mind.

Block 10: Intentness

                    Intentness is very important for people when they are trying to complete a goal of some kind. If you give yourself a goal you are going to have to do anything to make it happen and not get side tracked. Some people set goal that are unrealistic or some people set too many goals. This can lead people the wrong way and in the end making them not complete anything at all. This is why it is good to keep doing things one at a time because it helps them keep a focused mind. If you re the type of person who easily gets overwhelmed then I think that this should help you keep focused. if you have intentness then it will be easier to complete a goal. This is how intentness can help a person be successful at what they are doing. It keeps them focused on one goal at a time and helps them succeed.

Block 11: Sincerity

                       To be sincere is to be free from pretense or hypocrisy and to be a good person with great character. Having this in your personality is great and it can benefit you very much if you can use it in situations like meeting some new people. I think that if you are a sincere person great things can happen to you if you keep being sincere. A good thing that can happen If you are sincere is you can meet more people with the same attitude. You can also give a big impression to a possible employer when you need a job. Sincerity is great if you are able to be sincere to everyone it can benefit you by giving people a good impression when they first meet you. this means that it can also help you make relationships. This is what i think about sincerity and why it is important to have it in your life and what it can help you with.

Block 12: Adaptability

                        If you are a kind of person that is able to overlook things like failure or any hardships then you will have a higher chance of success. Or if you are going to a new school or home that will not stop you from learning. In the end as long as you are able to get up from any thing and adapt to anything you will  be unstoppable. Another example of a person who is able to adapt is when you are doing a group presentation but one of your team members do not show up. if you  are able to overcome this then you will be able to soar higher than the others. Adaptability is a great trait to have and if you pair it with any other block you will truly be unstoppable. In the end as long as you have a clear mind and a persistent personality you will become very successful in the future or in any time of your life.

Block 13: Condition

                     If you are in a good condition you will look a lot better than others who care little about how they look. If you think that the way that you look does not matter then you are wrong because the way that you look gives the first impression on you. Also the people around you will fell better being around you. When i say look i don't mean just physically but I also mean mentally. If you have a clear mind that is free from any other bad thought or emotion then people will see you and see the best part of you. In addition the way you look also shows them that you are upright and hardworking. All of this can be said about you in just a few glances. This is why your condition is very important block in being successful.

Block 14: Skill

                    Having a Skill is the most important thing that anyone in the world can have. It can be anything from survival skills to cooking skills we all need skill. Some people think that having a skill a big thing that is super a hard to get it and cultivate the skill. Well  that is untrue anyone can get a skill and even though it is hard to master a skill it is not hard o have skills. A skill can save your life and others around you because a skill is something that is necessary to have in this world. A skill can also get you hired for a job everyone wants someone with a skill because people with skills are better than people with no skills. If an employer wants a person who can do math then you have to be skilled at math to get the job or if they ask for a cook then you have to have cooking skills. To have a skill is the most very important that is why it is a block of success and why you need it to be successful.

Block 15: Team Spirit

                      Team spirit is an absolute must have when someone is working in a team or with anyone. If a person has team spirit it will make people happy about working and will encourage success in what they are doing. If you have team spirit you will make working together fun and people work better when they are having a good time. A way that a person can have team spirit is by always being enthusiastic even when the thing you are doing is not fun. This will help people work and give them a way adapt to any work that they are doing together. Some other ways that a person can work better together is if you try to help people when they are having trouble doing the work. But if a team has little to no team spirit it will be very easy to procrastinate and not finish the work. Also people will have a hard time accepting the work they are dong and avoid the work. In the end team spirit is very important when working together with someone.

Block 16: Honesty

                         I think that honesty is the best policy because honesty shows us how to do many things like being a trustable person or a correct person with good aims. Honesty is important to all that want to succeed in anything because honesty is keeps people conscience clean leading to better results. In the end I think that if a person is going to apply for a job the person that is employing will look for the person with the best qualities and honesty is the best quality to have when applying for anything. I think that a person that accepts that telling the truth is good works for me i will have a better time trusting that person. This is what is so good about honesty it has a lot of good qualities that can help you on the road to success. This is why i think that honesty is very important because it gives you an advantage over others. But not having the quality of honesty is bed it is a bad weakness that will catch up to the person in the future this is why honesty is what everyone needs to develop.

Block 17: Resourcefulness

                                Resourcefulness is something that will need to be learned by people who often get into sticky situations. Resourcefulness is a quality of a person who is clever and knows what to do in times of crisis. I think that people who can think of ways do things that would take a bunch of people will end up being successful. Another reason that I think that resourcefulness is something that is very important is because that if a person can think alone and get better results than anyone else is a very important thing to have in the outside world. I think that a person who can take any random scenario and know how to get through it in the best way possible is a very important person that will have a good Career in the future. This is why I think that resourcefulness is a very important thing to have in you life and in any place that you end up.

Block 18: Poise

                          To be poise is to be graceful, controlled, and Balanced it can also mean suspended and balanced. I think that poise is important because when others that you wand to have a good relationship with are close you want to give them a good impression. So if you have poise it will be easy to give them that impression without even having to talk to them. Poise is not something that people are born with but it needs to be cultivated so anyone can have it. people who have poise are also often respected and admired because the have a special aura to them. Also poise is important to have when you are going to social gatherings it will make you stand out on a good way. It can also be applied in sports a sports man with poise is often a good player and is also respected among his/her peers. This is why I think that poise is important and why it is worth developing.

Block 19: Confidence

                        I think that confidence is very important when a person is trying to complete something. If a person becomes confident when they are doing something that person will have a better time doing it. A person who believes that he can do something that person will try his best to keep his word. But if a person instead gives up mid way of his mission then that person not be showing his full potential. but a person which continues without giving up will have the best chance of doing their original goal. If a person has a firm mind to complete their goal and has confidence in completing that goal that person will have an easier time doing things than other people who try to do the same without expectations. this is why i think that confidence is very important in doing things and why doing things this way is why confident people do when they say the will do.

Block 20: Reliability

                           I think that a persons reliability is one the greatest things that anyone can have and it is also very rare. If you are a reliable person then people will give you respect, praise, and confidence. a very reliable person never lets people down or ignores people who ask for help being a reliable person has many benefits and also anybody can choose to be reliable. I think that if a person is reliable they will get more chances in life because of their hard work also if the are great at doing their work then they might get a huge reward. but these are not all the benefits there are always more you can also be the first person in peoples minds when they thing about a good person to hire. A person who helps people whenever they have a chance and rarely rejects them is a person that be looked at with respect. This is why I think that a reliable person is very important and rare and why being reliable is something that people should try being in the future.

Block 21: Fight

                           If you fight for the things that you want then nobody has the power to stop you. I think that if you fight to get in a position that you desired no one has the right to take it away from you. People who fight have a bigger chance at success and they also are in front of everybody else. If you are determined to do something in your life then you are going to fight hard to get there. In the end the people who are able to fight for what they want are leaders they are unstoppable. All barriers in front of them mean nothing because they will fight to get what they want. But a person who thinks that waiting for opportunities is the only way to get what they want then they are going to get little to nowhere. These people are lazy and think that they are entitled to the worlds opportunities. I think that only the people that fight to be in front of a group as a leader is entitled to opportunities because they fought to get what they want and they fought harder than anybody else. This is why I think fight means and why I think that people should fight for what they want.

Block 22: Competitive Greatness

                         Competitive Greatness greatness is enjoying it when things are difficult. Being able to enjoy a challenge can help people complete a task that is very difficult. People that can enjoy a challenge are more likely to complete it and this gives them an advantage. I think that if  you are able to do a challenge and complete it you will feel great in the end you feel accomplished i think that is competitive greatness. an example of competitive greatness is when you have a test that has come up and most people hate this test. But not you, you see an opportunity to show that you can complete the test and get an A. This kind of mindset will give people a great advantage over everyone else. But if you don't have this mind set you will have a harder time in doing anything than the person who can enjoy themselves when doing challenges. This is why I think that competitive greatness is a great block and that every person should have this.

Block 23: Integrity

                     Competitive Greatness greatness is enjoying it when things are difficult. Being able to enjoy a challenge can help people complete a task that is very difficult. People that can enjoy a challenge are more likely to complete it and this gives them an advantage. I think that if  you are able to do a challenge and complete it you will feel great in the end you feel accomplished i think that is competitive greatness. an example of competitive greatness is when you have a test that has come up and most people hate this test. But not you, you see an opportunity to show that you can complete the test and get an A. This kind of mindset will give people a great advantage over everyone else. But if you don't have this mind set you will have a harder time in doing anything than the person who can enjoy themselves when doing challenges. This is why I think that competitive greatness is a great block and that every person should have this.
